UbiquitLink, based in Falls Church, VA, announced it raised new funding to connect cell phones via satellite.
The startup announced it has raised $5.2 million seed funding from former AOL founder/investor Steve Case’s Rise of the Rest Seed Fund, and Blazar Ventures.
